Objective
To prepare students for employment in the food industry and to instill an attitude that will make students promote themselves when they test the job market.

What's in it for me?
Students will learn safety in the kitchen, how to clean without contaminating foods or working areas, sanitation, hygiene, how to handle tools, knives and power equipment.
